Tania brings a wealth of experience in working for government at senior executive and management levels. She has a proven track record in delivering successful business cases for government and has led the development and review of statewide strategies, policies and programs that are driving reform in health and human service industries.

Recent experience
Strategic business +case development
Across 2021 and 2022, Tania led the development of several strategic business cases for the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) and the NSW Ministry of Health, delivering substantial new health investment for NSW.
Strategy development +and planning
Between 2019 and 2022, Tania led the development of five NSW Health strategies, frameworks and models of care, informing health service action at the state and local level. She also led market analysis, stakeholder engagement and communications planning activities and strategic plan development for two community based organisations in NSW and Qld.
Service design + and evaluation
Between 2019 and 2022, Tania has led the design, review and evaluation of maternity and neonatal, child and family health and mental health initiatives for NSW Health at the state level. She has also led and contributed to statewide workforce strategy and planning activities for five allied health professions and the genomics workforce.
Policy development +and review
Between 2019 and 2022, Tania has led and/or contributed to the development of five NSW Health statewide policies and guidelines including for maternity and neonatal, Aboriginal and paediatric health areas.
Project management and +strategy implementation
Between 2019 and 2022, Tania delivered project leadership, coordination and planning for several complex and sensitive NSW Government projects. Tania provided responsive stakeholder relationship management, supported collaboration between high level stakeholders and helped facilitate outcomes that had not previously been achieved.
